Whole coriander seed — light, citrusy and warm. The most-used base spice in Indian masala blends.
Light tan whole coriander seed, cleaned to a low extraneous-matter spec. Aroma carries citrus and warm-woody notes.
Applications: garam masala and curry powder bases, pickle masala, retail spice jars.
