Fresh onion is sliced thin and flash-fried in food-grade palm oil to a uniform golden-brown. Sweet, savoury, crisp texture that holds in dry storage.

Applications: biryani and pulao garnish, burger and sandwich topping, salad crunch, savoury snack mixes.
