Whole peeled garlic cloves dried to ≤6% moisture. Pungent, clean aroma; rehydrate to use as fresh garlic in cooking.

Cloves are sorted, peeled and dried whole to preserve maximum aroma. After a brief soak they behave like fresh garlic in any recipe.

Applications: restaurant pantries, pickle bases, infused oils and vinegars, retail spice jars.
