Broken garlic pieces (5–10 mm) — visible inclusion size for dry seasoning blends and bakery toppings.
Flakes are produced by breaking whole dried cloves to a 5–10 mm size. Retain the strong aroma of cloves while flowing more easily through automated equipment.
Applications: bread and pizza toppings, garlic bread dry mixes, snack seasonings.
