Dehydrated Mint Leaves

Crisp dried mint with a clean, cool aroma. The default mint format for chutney mixes, tea blends and yoghurt-based seasonings.
Mint leaves are gently dried to retain menthol-rich aromatic oils. Resulting product is brittle, deep green and intensely aromatic.
Applications: mint chutney mixes, herbal tea blends, raita seasoning, lamb and grill rubs.
