Finely milled pink onion for delicate sauces, dressings and dry mixes where a softer onion note is preferred.
Pink onion powder offers a gentler aroma than red-onion powder while still adding subtle warm colour. 60–80 mesh fine grind.
Applications: light salad dressings, instant cup soups, savoury bakery, premium dry rubs.
