Dehydrated Red Onion Kibbled

Deep red-purple onion flakes with a more robust, pungent profile than white. Adds colour as well as flavour to dry mixes.
Red onion kibbled is produced from purple-skin bulbs and retains its natural red-purple colour after drying. Flavour is more pungent and sweet than white-onion equivalents.
Applications: biryani and pulao mixes, pickle masala, salad toppers, premium retail seasoning blends.
