Smaller chopped white onion (1–3 mm) for spice blends, marinades and ready-to-cook meal kits where uniform pieces matter.
White onion minced is cut to a 1–3 mm uniform piece size for visible inclusion in finished products without dominating the texture. Air-dried to ≤5% moisture and screened to remove fines.
Applications: ready-to-cook meal kits, dry rubs, dressing sachets, frozen meal toppers.
