Vibrant red chilli powder, milled from dried whole chillies. Heat and colour grades available — mild Kashmiri through hot Teja.
Whole dried chillies are stem-removed, cleaned and milled to a fine powder. Available in Kashmiri (low heat, deep colour), Sannam (balanced) and Teja (high heat) grades.
Applications: retail chilli packs, masala blends, marinades, sauce bases.
