Bright green chilli powder produced by spray-drying fresh juice — vivid colour and sharp, fresh heat unlike conventionally dried chilli.
Fresh green chillies are juiced, the liquid is spray-dried with a food-grade carrier to a free-flowing powder. The process preserves chlorophyll colour and capsaicin profile far better than traditional sun-drying.
Applications: Indo-Chinese sauces, instant noodle seasoning, marinades, premium chilli-based snack coatings.
